About This Project

A valuable and remembrance building of urban structures remained
from Safavid Dynasty Period with rebuilt buildings from Qajarid era,
which had been covered by thick layer of dust and were going to
be destroyed by invasion of shrewish life, was rebuilt and repaired
by Municipality of Tehran and executed by Soomeh Engineers Company

Descriptive Informations:

The Abu saeed building is located on Dadashzadeh Alley, at the intersection of Vahdat Islami and 15th Khordad Streets. The complex
access ways to surrounded streets are possible via the southern
entrance, which is the main entrance and located on Dadashzadeh
Alley. The western entrance is located on Vahdat Islami Steet.
The Abu saeed complex includes three buildings, which have been
remained from different periods. Building No. 1located at west
north corner of the complex and it is older than the other two buildings. Building No. 3 which seems it had been constructed within the
ancient gardens area is the latest building


This building has been constructed in three storey including basement, ground floor and first floor which access to is possible via two entrances. One of these entrances is located at southern side (the main entrance) and the other one is located at the west side (on Vahdat Islami Street). This building was constructed in the middle of Qajarid era. Like other buildings of that Period it has been constructed with bricks and is roofed by gable. Access way to different floors is possible through stairways that none of them is continued in all three floors and each stairway acts independently. The building has a central corridor which the rooms are located at the both sides of it
